The Recovery team is responsible for returning the rocket back to Earth reliably and efficiently. The team develops in-house ejection methods and have created a novel parachute reefing device to ensure that our systems work when it matters most. We are constantly improving our designs for simplicity, weight, and length to optimize for higher altitude, and are constantly pushing the boundaries for what is possible in a recovery system.

OUR HARDWARE
TOBLERONE REEFING SYSTEM
(TBHBR)
The Toblerone Hard Body Reefing System (TBHBR) is the newest innovation from the Spaceshot Recovery system, intended to work as a reefed recovery system for especially high-altitude flights.
With an intermeshing system of male/female 3d printed components, held together with 550lb paracord — the system keeps vehicle parachutes held tightly together to ensure the vehicle comes down within our pre-defined recovery zone.
